About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on performance marketer to grow website sales, app installs, tour purchases and subscriptions through Meta Ads, Google Ads and Apple Ads.
You will also help us explore emerging platforms such as ChatGPT Ads.
You will work closely with our external marketing agency, internal teams and graphic designer—but you must be capable of independently understanding campaigns, analyzing results and recommending actions.

This is an execution-focused Assistant Manager role, not a senior leadership or agency-coordination-only position.

Key Responsibilities




Manage and optimize Meta, Google and Apple Ads campaigns.
Track ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPI, CTR and conversion performance.
Identify underperforming campaigns and scale profitable ones.
Coordinate with the external agency on strategy, budgets and experiments.
Review agency recommendations and ensure measurable improvement.
Brief the graphic designer and test different creatives, offers and CTAs.
Monitor website, iOS and Android campaign performance.
Prepare concise weekly and monthly performance reports.
Work with product and engineering teams on GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Firebase and attribution.
Recommend improvements to landing pages, app-store pages and conversion journeys.

Must-Have Skills
3–5 years of hands-on performance-marketing experience.
Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience handling campaigns with revenue or ROAS accountability.
Understanding of website conversions and mobile-
