About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated maintenance professional to join our manufacturing team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable and effective operation of production equipment, machinery, utilities and facilities within a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.

The position involves carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing equipment faults, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with production, engineering, quality and safety teams to minimize downtime and maintain high standards of operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical,



pneumatic and hydraulic equipment faults.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and restore production operations safely and efficiently.
Inspect, test and maintain manufacturing equipment, tools, utilities and facility systems.
Support installation, commissioning and validation of new machinery and production lines.
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and availability.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts and equipment history.
Follow maintenance schedules, standard operating procedures and technical instructions.
Support root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring failures.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and Environmental, Health and Safety teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and applicable health and safety standards.
