Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who will be responsible for generating and closing business opportunities for Lithium-ion Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Solar + Storage Solutions, and Industrial Backup Power Systems in the Commercial & Industrial Segment.
The role requires identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, delivering technical sales presentations, and successfully closing B2B sales opportunities across India.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities for BESS, Solar + Storage,



and Industrial Backup Power Systems in the C&I; segment.
Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, techno-commercial negotiations to order closure.
Meet and exceed assigned revenue and order booking targets on a quarterly and annual basis.

Customer & Market Engagement
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and channel partners.
Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand client power requirements and recommend appropriate energy storage solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify new industry verticals for business expansion.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings across India.
