8–12+ years of strong SAP PP/QM experience with hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation/transformation experience.
Strong expertise in Production Planning, Production Orders, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Capacity Planning, Confirmations and Goods Movements.
Strong SAP QM knowledge covering Inspection Plans, Inspection Lots, Quality Results, Usage Decisions and Quality Notifications.
Valuable understanding of PP/QM integration with MM, SD, EWM/WM, CO/FI and Product Costing.
Experience integrating SAP PP/QM with MES, shop-floor systems and third-party applications using APIs, IDocs, middleware, etc.
Strong experience with manufacturing master data migration, including Materials, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions and QM master data.
Excellent solution design, business process analysis, testing, stakeholder management and deployment experience in complex manufacturing environments.
