Roles and responsibility

2. Understand student requirements, academic background, and career goals.
3. Handle student enquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
4. Guide students throughout the admission and application process for offline and online courses
5. Assist with document collection and admission formalities.
6. Generate and manage student leads through referrals, networks, and other sources.
7. Coordinate with the Jogai Consultancy team for successful admissions.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads and student admission status.
9. Provide genuine and accurate information to students and parents.

Maintain professional communication and confidentiality.
