Role Description The Technical Coordinator – Marine Engineer is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role coordinates technical consultancy activities, supports vessel inspections, and assists in planning condition monitoring and predictive maintenance tasks in line with project requirements. The Technical Coordinator collaborates with project managers, vendors, agents,



and vessel operators to organize dockings, repair projects, and retrofit installations, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to technical standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing technical reports and inspection data, preparing work scopes and schedules, handling technical queries, and providing timely support to customers and internal teams. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement of processes, supporting safety and compliance initiatives, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across multiple projects.
