Role Description The Edp / Poc Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This position supports day-to-day store and operations activities, including managing customer inquiries and orders, coordinating point-of-contact communication between customers and internal teams, and updating records or systems related to sales and inventory. The associate helps ensure accurate data entry,



documentation, and reporting, while assisting with basic administrative work and internal coordination as needed. The role requires consistent interaction with customers, timely follow-up on requests, and close collaboration with store staff and management to maintain smooth operational workflows and a positive customer experience.
