Role Description:
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless joining experience.
Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.




Manage HRMS and ensure data integrity across all HR systems.
Draft and issue HR letters, employment contracts, experience letters, and related documentation.
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, processes, advantages, and procedures.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational HR initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Experience working with HRMS and HR tools.
Knowledge of payroll inputs, attendance, and leave administration.
Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
