Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage monthly content calendars for B2B and consumer brands.
Plan and execute social media campaigns from concept to launch.
Create content briefs, hooks and ideas based on trends and audience needs.
Coordinate and manage designer, editor and videographer.
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Track social media performance, prepare reports and optimize content strategy.

Requirements

Around 2 years of social media experience with campaign ownership.
Strong understanding of both B2B and consumer content.
Excellent content and trend awareness.
Strong communication and team coordination skills.
Fluent in Malayalam and English.
Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.
Experience with paid ads, real estate/accommodation or Kerala-focused content is an advantage.

Consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
Smooth coordination of the creative team.
At least one successful campaign for each brand.
Transparent understanding of high-performing content.
