Role Description The Insurance Specialist–Claims is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for handling and processing insurance claims, including verifying policy details, assessing claim eligibility, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. Daily tasks include communicating with customers, insurance brokers, and internal teams to gather required information, clarify claim-related queries, and provide status updates.



The Insurance Specialist–Claims will also review claim files for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintain detailed records in internal systems, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong domain knowledge in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage.
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Finance to understand claim calculations and policy-related financial impacts.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
Relevant experience in claims processing or insurance operations is preferred.
Attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with office and insurance-related software tools are beneficial.
Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
