Hiring: Enterprise Sales Manager – Sustainability & Climate Solutions

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager who can navigate complex corporate structures and drive the transition to Net-Zero.

In this role, you will be the face of our sustainability portfolio, managing high-value relationships and driving business development for new opportunities across Carbon Markets, ESG Consultation, I-RECs, EPR, and comprehensive Circularity Solutions.

What You’ll Do:

EPR & Waste Management: Pitch and close large-scale contracts for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and provide waste management solutions across Plastic, E-Waste, Battery, Tyre, Used-Oil and other upcoming streams.
Carbon Market & Climate Sales: Drive revenue through Carbon Offset solutions, Voluntary Carbon Market trading, and I-REC transactions. Identify potential customers ready to invest in internal & external carbon projects.
ESG Consultation Sales:



Pitch tailored consultation services to help enterprises navigate complex ESG reporting (including BRSR and CRD frameworks), ensuring their operations align with global climate compliance.
Hunt & Acquire: Proactively identify and close high-value enterprise accounts in FMCG, Automotive, Electronics, Manufacturing, IT & Health Care.
Strategic Account Management: Manage and scale existing multi-year contracts, ensuring long-term value and high retention.
Full-Cycle Sales: From crafting go-to-market strategies to delivering board-level insights and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:

7–10 years of hardcore B2B Enterprise Sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets and managing large accounts.
Solid ability to articulate value across the full spectrum of climate services: EPR, Carbon, I-RECs, ESG, and Net-Zero strategy.
Direct exposure to Waste Management, Environmental Services, or Carbon Markets is an added advantage.
