Role Description:

Build trusted relationships with dairy farmers and Dairy Kendras to grow sustainable sales. Visit farmers daily, provide nutrition guidance, solve field problems, conduct farmer meetings, support Kendra growth, and expand the territory. Success is measured by farmer trust, repeat business, Kendra success, and district sales growth.

Qualifications




Graduation / Masters

Skills
Dairy farming and animal nutrition knowledge (preferred)
Relationship building with farmers and Kendra partners
Strong communication in the local language
Consultative selling and negotiation skills
Problem-solving and customer service mindset
Territory planning and market development
Ability to conduct farmer meetings and product demonstrations
Basic understanding of milk production and cattle management
Smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM, GPS, reporting apps)
Data reporting and documentation discipline
Self-motivation and ability to work independently in the field
Time management and route planning
Team collaboration with sales, technical, and customer support teams
Integrity, honesty, and accountability
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district
