Key Focus Areas
✔️ Sell Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) setup & transformation
✔️ Sell Finance Transformation & Advisory solutions
✔️ Strong understanding/exposure to O2C, P2P, R2R transformation
✔️ Generate new business across India & US markets
✔️ Build pipeline from scratch through prospecting, networking, referrals and market outreach
✔️ Engage with C-suite, CXO and senior business stakeholders
✔️ Manage the complete sales cycle – prospecting → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → closure
✔️ Work closely with consulting & delivery teams to develop client solutions
✔️ Drive high-value consulting engagements and long-term client relationships
Who We're Looking For
Mandatory:
• 10–15 years of B2B sales / business development experience in Consulting / Professional Services
• Strong experience selling consulting-led transformation services




• Candidates from Big 4 / Management Consulting / Business Transformation / Shared Services Consulting backgrounds preferred
• Proven track record of recent client acquisition and revenue generation
• Experience selling into US market
• Strong understanding of Shared Services, GBS, Finance Transformation, O2C/P2P/R2R
• Strong C-suite / CXO-level stakeholder management
• Experience managing complex, high-value consulting sales cycles
• Must be a hunter capable of building a sales pipeline from scratch

? Not suitable:
Candidates primarily from Enterprise IT Services, SaaS, Software Product or technology sales backgrounds without strong consulting/professional services sales experience.
