Role Overview
We are looking for a Paid Media Buyer who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the complete campaign lifecycle — from media planning and campaign setup to optimization, performance analysis, reporting, and scaling. You should have a strong understanding of performance marketing and be able to make data-driven decisions that improve ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
This is a full-time,



in-office position based in Indore. The selected candidate will be required to work from our office and collaborate closely with internal teams as well as local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Develop media strategies based on business objectives, target audiences, budgets, and campaign goals.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, placements, creatives, and audience segmentation.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions, and overall efficiency.
Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
Conduct ongoing testing of audiences, creatives, ad formats, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Track and report key performance metrics and provide explicit recommendations for improvement.
