Role Description The Estimation Engineer / Proposal Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Shahapur.



This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates and BOQs for process equipment and heavy engineering projects, analyzing technical specifications, drawings, and client requirements. The Estimation Engineer / Proposal Engineer will develop and review proposals, coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams, and ensure estimates align with company standards and client budgets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and technical research, evaluating vendor quotations, supporting negotiations with clients and suppliers, and updating estimation databases and documentation. The role also requires close collaboration with project and sales teams to respond to inquiries, clarify scope, and contribute to timely, accurate bid submissions.
