Role Description:
GigaCare is looking for a driven and commercially astute mid-level Procurement & Vendor Management qualified to strengthen our procurement and vendor ecosystem.



This role will play a critical part in ensuring the right products, services, vendors, pricing, quality and commercial terms are secured across our growing healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end procurement and vendor management for healthcare and operational requirements across GigaCare locations.
Identify, evaluate, onboard and manage vendors across medicines, medical equipment, consumables, ambulance services, facility requirements, staffing and other operational categories.
Drive commercial negotiations with vendors to achieve competitive pricing, favourable payment terms, service levels and long-term value.
Manage RFQs, quotations, comparative statements, rate negotiations and purchase decisions.
Lead contract negotiations and closure, including commercial terms, SLAs, payment terms, warranties, penalties and renewal clauses.
