Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function at Shakti 2047. This is a leadership role responsible for defining and executing the brand, growth, and communication strategy for the platform — driving user acquisition, engagement, and brand credibility in a category that blends AI, technology, and social impact.
Shakti 2047 is currently pre-launch,



which makes this a founding-team-level opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy from the ground up — from building the brand and launch plan, to establishing early B2B, corporate, and partnerships that will power the platform at scale.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and genuinely motivated by building something that empowers women at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Launch Strategy: Own the go-to-market and launch plan for Shakti 2047 — including pre-launch buzz building, launch-day strategy, and post-launch growth roadmap, ensuring a solid first impression in the market.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy — brand, digital, content, performance, and community — aligned with Shakti 2047's mission and growth goals.
Brand Building: Define and strengthen the Shakti 2047 brand identity, voice, and positioning as a trusted A
