As part of our growing offerings, Buyhatke also provides Gift Cards that can be redeemed across multiple online marketplaces and brands.
We are now looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of and scale our Gift Cards Business across both B2C and B2B segments.

About the Role:
As the Business Growth & Customer Success Lead, you will be responsible for driving the growth and overall performance of Buyhatke's Gift Card business across B2C and B2B channels.
You will own the entire lifecycle of the business from identifying new growth opportunities and acquiring B2B clients to managing existing customers, improving B2C adoption, developing partnerships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.




The role also involves a strong Customer Success component. You will be the key point of contact for customers and clients whenever they have queries or require assistance related to gift card purchases, delivery, redemption, transactions, refunds, or other issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Gift Card, Digital Rewards, Loyalty, Prepaid, or Corporate Gifting industry, with a strong understanding of the ecosystem and existing relationships across relevant stakeholders.

What You'll do:
Business Growth - B2B & B2C
Own and drive the overall growth strategy for Buyhatke's Gift Card business across B2B and B2C segments.
Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of corporate clients, businesses, brands, and institutional customers.
Develop and execute strategies to increase B2C gift card purchases, repeat transactions, and overall customer adoption.
