We are looking to hire a Founders Office Associate based in Mumbai.
Who are you?
We are looking for a highly proactive, organised, and resourceful individual to join the Founders’ Office at Luar. This is a cross-functional role that will work closely with the founder cross-functionally.
The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic projects and day-to-day execution.
You will be involved in building new products, developing partnerships, supporting business growth, and ensuring that key initiatives move forward smoothly.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
1. New Product Development (NPD)
Research and stay up to date with beauty, makeup, and consumer trends, products, and emerging opportunities.
Develop product briefs for potential recent products at Luar.
Coordinate end-to-end communication with cosmetic manufacturers, from initial briefs and sampling through feedback, revisions, and production.
Manage communication with vendors for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging.
Source and manage the production of accessories, gifts, and GWPs (Gifts With Purchase).
Coordinate contractual and commercial agreements with manufacturers.
Work closely with the design team to ensure all design requirements and NPD collaterals are completed on time.
