About the Role
Souzagad is looking for a Business Operations Executive to work closely with the founder and take ownership of the day-to-day functioning of the business.
This is a hands-on generalist role for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, coordinating people, solving problems and making sure things actually get done.
You will work across operations, guest/client coordination, team management, vendor management, finance follow-ups and business administration.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Operations
Oversee the smooth functioning of Souzagad’s day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with property teams and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain daily checklists, schedules and operational trackers.
Guest & Client Coordination
Coordinate with guests/clients before, during and after their stay.
Handle requests, special requirements, feedback and operational issues.




Ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience.
Follow up on enquiries, bookings and pending requirements.
Team Management
Coordinate with property managers, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, security and other teams.
Track attendance, responsibilities and task completion.
Ensure teams are aligned on upcoming bookings and operational requirements.
Act as the first point of escalation for day-to-day issues.
Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Follow up on pending work, supplies, repairs and payments.
Maintain vendor records and ensure timely delivery of services.
Assist in negotiating and evaluating vendor requirements where needed.
Finance & Administration
Track daily collections, expenses and payments.
Follow up on outstanding receivables and vendor payments.
Maintain basic property-wise financial trackers.
Coordinate with the accountant for invoices, expenses, reconcilia
