Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Project Planning and Controls professional. The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress against timelines, and updating plans to reflect actual performance. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, procurement, and production teams, tracking resource utilization, and supporting cost control and budget adherence. The role also requires preparing status reports and dashboards, analyzing project risks, and recommending mitigation actions to keep projects on track. The individual will support continuous improvement in planning and controls processes, tools, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with internal standards and client requirements.





Qualifications
Relevant 4-5yrs experience in Oil and Gas EPC
Solid skills in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring using relevant software tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera or similar).
Competence in cost control, budgeting, and basic financial analysis for project performance tracking.
Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills for identifying variances and project risks.
