Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, generating leads through digital and outbound channels, and nurturing prospects interested in Bhawani Fitness’s online fertility and wellness programs. The Business Development Executive will conduct consultations to understand client needs,



present suitable program offerings, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to enrollment. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining CRM records, coordinating with marketing to support campaigns, preparing proposals, and providing account management support to ensure a positive client experience. The role also requires regular reporting on performance metrics, market insights, and opportunities for growth, while collaborating closely with the leadership team to refine business development strategies.

Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, engage, and convert prospective clients.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to manage pipelines, support client onboarding, and maintain long-term relationships.
