Position: Head Operations - North

Experience Required:
15-20 years of progressive experience within the TIC industry, with significant exposure to operational leadership, team management, business performance, and customer excellence.

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Additional management qualifications will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee operational performance across the North Region
Drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with SGS quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Manage large multidisciplinary teams and foster a high-performance culture
Strengthen customer relationships and enhance service delivery
Develop and execute regional operational strategies aligned with business objectives
Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
