About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager / Staff Product Manager to lead some of the most important customer and growth charters at Nykaa Fashion, with a robust focus on growing Luxe, building a differentiated Search experience, and scaling Personalization through recommendations and feeds. This role sits at the intersection of product, business, design, data and technology.
You’ll take ownership of high-impact, ambiguous problem spaces and work closely with business, engineering, ML, design and other product teams to shape and execute the roadmap. This is a high-autonomy individual contributor role, with the opportunity to directly influence customer experience, discovery and business growth across Nykaa Fashion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Grow Luxe on Nykaa Fashion
Own the product charter for growing the Luxe category; identify opportunities across discovery, brand visibility, consideration,



conversion and repeat purchase, and build experiences that make luxury shopping differentiated and compelling on Nykaa Fashion.
Partner closely with business and category teams to improve how luxury brands, collections and products are surfaced and merchandised, while using customer insights and data to identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities.

2. Build a best-in-class Search experience

Own the overall Search experience across the customer journey, from query entry and suggestions to results, ranking, filters and discovery; understand customer intent and identify opportunities to improve relevance, ease of use and conversion.
Partner deeply with engineering and ML teams to translate technical capabilities into customer outcomes, define the right product and quality metrics, and continuously experiment to improve search engagement and purchase conversion.
