We are looking for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes consumer brands, content and culture.

Someone who instinctively notices a great ad. Someone who knows what brands are doing right, what feels dated, what is starting to trend and, more importantly, why something works with an audience.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to make more content.

We are looking for someone with strong creative taste, sharp consumer understanding and the ability
to turn insights into ideas. You should be equally comfortable thinking about a campaign, writing a copy
line, breaking down a reel, spotting a cultural trend or explaining why a particular creative will—or won't—
resonate with a 20-year-old.

You will play a key role in shaping how the brand communicates across social media, campaigns, digital
platforms and other consumer-facing touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

1. Own Creative Strategy

Develop creative ideas and strategies across campaigns, social media, digital and brand initiatives.
Translate business objectives into consumer-relevant creative communication.




Develop creative territories, concepts and campaign ideas that are distinctive and relevant.
Work closely with designers, video teams, copywriters and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
Ensure that creative output is not just aesthetically good, but has a clear consumer insight and
strategic thought behind it.

2. Understand the Consumer

Develop a deep understanding of the 18–30-year-old consumer—their aspirations, behavior,
language, interests, culture and attention patterns.
Understand what makes people stop scrolling, engage, share, save and remember.

3. Build Creative Taste

Develop and maintain a strong point of view on what valuable creative looks like for the brand.
Challenge work that feels generic, derivative, overly promotional or disconnected from the audience.
Build a strong repository of references from consumer brands, advertising, creators, entertainment
and popular culture.
