Role Description This full-time, on-site Legal Executive – Corporate and Commercial role is based in Jaipur. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and vetting a wide range of legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to real estate and corporate commercial activities.



The Legal Executive will provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders on property transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with external counsel, ensuring timely completion of conveyancing and registration processes, and maintaining accurate legal records and documentation. The role also requires monitoring legal risks, staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, and supporting management in negotiations and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
Robust foundation in Law with a focus on corporate and commercial matters, including real estate and property-related issues.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, contracts, and legal notices.
Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to internal stakeholders on transactions, compliance, and dispute risk management.
Knowledge of Property Law and Conveyancing processes, including title
