Role Description The Field Operations Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi, focused on overseeing daily operations across assigned parking sites. This role includes monitoring site performance, coordinating with franchise partners and local staff, and ensuring adherence to operational standards and safety protocols.



The specialist will conduct regular site inspections, handle troubleshooting of on-ground issues, and work with the central team to implement process improvements. Responsibilities also include collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing basic reports, and supporting the rollout of new technology integrations or services. The role requires frequent interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and a high-quality parking experience.
