Role Description

The Junior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves engaging with prospective students and families, providing transparent information on programs, admissions processes, and campus life, and guiding them through application and enrollment steps. The counselor will handle inquiries via in-person meetings, phone calls, email, and digital channels,



maintain accurate records in admissions systems, and support outreach activities such as campus visits, events, and school or college fairs. This position also includes collaborating with academic and administrative teams, assisting with documentation and reporting, and contributing to initiatives that enhance the prospective student
experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for effective interaction with prospective students, families, and internal stakeholders.
