Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Deputy Zonal Manager – Health Insurance to lead and drive business growth across Gurgaon and the assigned territory.
The Deputy Zonal Manager is a senior leadership position above the Area Zonal Manager and will be responsible for overseeing multiple Area Zonal Managers/Area Managers, driving large-scale sales operations, strengthening distribution, and delivering business targets across the zone.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Health Insurance / General Insurance sales, multi-layer team management, large-scale business operations, distribution, strategic planning, and revenue growth.

The candidate must have a solid understanding of the Gurgaon/NCR insurance market and proven experience managing large teams through multiple levels of leadership.





Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive Health Insurance business across Gurgaon and the assigned zone.
Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual business and revenue targets.
Manage and provide strategic direction to multiple Area Zonal Managers / Area Managers.
Oversee multiple layers of sales leadership and frontline sales teams.
Establish clear business targets, KPIs, productivity benchmarks, and performance expectations across the zone.
Monitor Area Zonal Manager, Area Manager, Team Leader, and frontline team performance.
Conduct regular business reviews and implement corrective action plans wherever required.
Coach and mentor senior sales leaders to improve productivity, conversion, revenue, and overall business performance.
Drive recruitment, onboarding, training, capability development, and performance management across the sales hierarchy.
