Role Description The Guest Relation Executive is a full time, on-site role based at the NURA center in Kozhikode. This role involves welcoming guests, managing reception desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and courteous experience throughout their visit. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating appointment schedules, guiding guests through the registration and screening process,



and addressing service-related concerns with empathy and professionalism. The Guest Relation Executive supports basic sales and service promotion activities, collaborates with clinical and administrative teams, and maintains accurate guest records and documentation.
Qualifications
Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming, supportive experience and manage guest queries effectively.
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
Receptionist Duties capabilities such as managing front desk operations, phone and in-person inquiries, appointments, and documentation.
Sales skills to support service promotion, explain screening packages, and assist with conversions and follow-ups.
Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare front office, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a calm, profession
