Job Summary
We are looking for an AR Executive to join our Accounts Receivable team. The role involves analyzing and resolving denied claims, coordinating with internal teams and insurance payers, managing denial aging, and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze denied claims to identify root causes, trends, and resolution requirements.
Research payer-specific denial reasons and ensure appropriate coding and documentation practices.
Coordinate with billing, coding, clinical, and other internal teams to correct errors and resolve denials.
Communicate with insurance payers through calls and other channels when required to obtain updates and resolve claim issues.
Prepare and follow up on appeals for appropriate denied claims.
Maintain accurate records of denials, appeals, actions taken, and outcomes.
Maintain a 48-hour TAT for addressing denials captured in the denial log.




Monitor denials assigned to different departments and ensure timely completion.
Escalate pending denials that exceed the defined TAT to the GC/TL for further action.
Work on global denials, drive them toward resolution, and communicate updates and preventive actions to Leads and Managers.
Prioritize older claims and minimize denial aging through effective and timely resolution.
Participate in team meetings and communicate project updates, challenges, trends, and improvement ideas.
Collaborate with team members to share workflow updates, payer trends, and best practices.
Maintain 100% quality and adhere to defined process and productivity standards.
Coordinate with the QCA/Quality team to complete reworks within the required timeline.
Implement quality feedback and take corrective measures to prevent recurring errors.
Follow company policies, payer guidelines, HIPAA requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.
