Fusing OperatorPositionFusing Operator

? Job Responsibilities

Operate Heat Transfer / Fusing Machine for transferring logos, graphics, labels, and designs onto garments and other materials.
Set and control temperature, pressure, and pressing time as per product/material requirements.
Ensure proper positioning and alignment of transfers before pressing.
Check the quality of transferred prints for adhesion, alignment, peeling, cracks, bubbles, and colour/finish.
Follow approved samples, job sheets, artwork, and production instructions.
Handle different types of fabrics and heat-transfer materials.
Conduct test pressing before starting bulk production and get approval wherever required.
Maintain consistent quality throughout production.
