Nynii is building India's trusted on-demand home services platform, connecting families with verified professionals for house help, cooks, babysitters, caregivers, cleaners, and more.
We're looking for a Partnerships & Outreach Executive to help Nynii build strong relationships with residential societies, RWAs, local businesses, brands, and communities across Gurugram.
This is a hands-on role focused on partnership development, community outreach, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
? Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential society, RWA, brand, and business partners.
Build relationships with society managers, RWA members, community leaders, and local businesses.
Conduct on-ground visits and outreach across residential communities.
Present Nynii's services and partnership opportunities.
Generate leads and convert outreach into customer acquisition opportunities.
Coordinate society activations, campaigns, events, and promotional activities.




Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong partnership pipeline.
Identify new communities and locations for Nynii's expansion.
Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Founder’s Office teams.
Track outreach, meetings, leads, partnerships, and conversions.
Gather market and customer insights from on-ground interactions.
Take ownership of partnerships from outreach → discussion → activation → results.
? What We're Looking For
0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Outreach, Field Marketing, or Customer Acquisition.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people.
Confident in pitching and presenting ideas.
Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with field visits across Gurugram.
Positive organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work
