About Growbro
Growbro is an AI-powered customer engagement platform helping businesses automate conversations, capture leads, qualify prospects, follow up with customers, and drive sales across channels like WhatsApp, Instagram and websites.
We’re looking for a B2B SaaS Sales Executive who can take ownership of outbound sales — from finding the right companies to reaching decision-makers, booking demos, following up and closing customers.
What You’ll Do
Research and identify potential B2B customers through LinkedIn, Google, Instagram and other channels.
Find decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Marketing Heads and Sales Heads.
Conduct high-volume but personalized LinkedIn outreach and cold DMs.
Make outbound cold calls and follow up with prospects.
Understand the prospect's business and identify where Growbro can add value.
Qualify leads based on business need, budget, use case and decision-making authority.
Conduct product demos and explain Growbro’s features and business benefits.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting → outreach → demo → follow-up → negotiation → closing.
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
Consistently follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Meet weekly and monthly lead, demo and revenue targets.
Experiment with different outreach messages, industries and sales approaches to improve conversion.
Work closely with the onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover after closing.
Who We’re Looking For
0–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, business development or outbound sales.
Solid communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with founders and senior decision-makers.
Confident with cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
Comfortable with rejection and persistent with follow-ups.
