About Dotcom Growth
Dotcom Growth is a full-service digital marketing agency managing enterprise-level growth programmes for global IT services clients, SaaS products, and digital marketing brands. We are building an in-house SEO function that goes beyond traditional SEO into AI-powered search, Answer Engine Optimisation, and Agentic AI-driven automation. This is an internal hire to lead SEO execution and help us build the automation infrastructure that scales it.

Salary
INR 45,000 to 90,000 per month depending on experience, portfolio quality, and demonstrated expertise across technical SEO, AI SEO, and automation. Immediate joiners preferred.

Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO Analyst and Automation Specialist with 4 to 6 years of hands-on agency experience across technical SEO, on-page, off-page, AI SEO, AEO, and GEO. This is not a single-dimensional SEO role. You will execute SEO across multiple in-house projects simultaneously while working directly with our developer to design, build, and deploy Agentic AI-powered SEO automation workflows using n8n or Make.




The split of this role is roughly 60 percent execution and 40 percent automation. You will be the person who both does the SEO and builds the systems that make SEO faster, more consistent, and more scalable across every project we run.

Projects You Will Work On
You will own and execute SEO across the following in-house projects:
Digital Marketing Services Website — Dotcom Growth's primary agency brand, targeting business owners and marketing decision-makers seeking performance-led digital marketing
IT Services Website — An enterprise-facing IT services brand targeting CTO, VP Engineering, and IT Director personas in US and UK markets across AI, cloud, RPA, and custom software
SaaS Products — Multiple AI-powered SaaS products currently in development and launch phase, requiring product-led SEO, programmatic page architecture, and AEO optimisation from Day 1
