Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tendering Engineer role based in Thane. The Tendering Engineer will prepare and review tender documents, generate technical and commercial quotations, and ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, coordinating with procurement and engineering teams for cost estimates, and supporting bid strategies. The role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, clarifying technical queries, maintaining tender records,



and contributing to continuous improvement in tendering processes. The Tendering Engineer will also support post-tender negotiations and handover of successful bids to the project execution team.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in preparing and managing quotations and tender documentation.
Candidates should possess analytical skills for cost estimation, risk assessment, and evaluation of technical and commercial requirements.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess procurement-related skills for sourcing, vendor coordination, and obtaining competitive pricing.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Civil engineering relevant to industrial projects.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering
Experience in tendering or estimation for industrial or infrastructur
