About the Role
At Refyne, network distribution isn't just about closing deals—it's about building trust at every
interaction.
Behind every successful lead flow is an engaged partner network that feels supported, educated,
and valued. As an Inside Sales Executive – Network Relations, you will act as the primary point of
contact, strategist, and cheerleader for our partner network. You’ll onboard regional partners,
optimize lead funnels, and re-engage inactive channels—driving high-quality customer acquisition
and pipeline momentum across Bharat.

How You'll Make an Impact
● Onboard and train recent network partners on product offerings, enablement materials, and incentive
structures.
● Maintain regular partner touchpoints to share product updates, address friction points, and keep Refyne
top-of-mind.
● Track, validate, and manage incoming partner channel leads to ensure swift follow-ups and high
conversion rates.
● Analyze partner activity data to identify inactive channels and execute targeted re-engagement
campaigns.
● Serve as the internal voice of the partner,



collaborating with Growth and Product teams to refine collateral
and incentive models.
● Maintain accurate partner interaction data, pipeline status, and lead tracking within internal CRM platforms.

What Makes You a Great Fit
● 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Account
Management.
● Demonstrated track record of building, nurturing, and sustaining long-term business
relationships.
● Proficiency with modern CRM platforms, pipeline tracking software, and lead management
tools.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic, problem-solving
mindset.
● Strong organizational skills with a data-informed approach to managing partner productivity
and activation.
