Orient Spectra is looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen our institutional partnerships and expand our presence across the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build partnerships with Colleges, Universities, International Schools, Junior Colleges and Educational Institutions
• Connect with Principals, Directors, HODs, Placement Officers and key decision-makers
• Generate quality leads through institutional tie-ups, seminars, education fairs, workshops and offline marketing activities
• Conduct institutional visits and deliver presentations on overseas education opportunities and Orient Spectra’s services
• Plan and execute career guidance sessions, educational events and promotional activities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional partners
• Coordinate with Counselling, Admissions, Marketing and Operations teams for effective lead follow-up and conversions
• Track institutional visits, leads, partnerships and business opportunities through CRM and regular reporting
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Achieve assigned lead generation, institutional partnership and business development targets
Experience & Skills:
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, Education Marketing, Overseas Education or Academic Partnerships
• Strong institutional networking and relationship-building skills
• Experience in offline lead generation and educational events
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the overseas education industry is preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively for institutional visits, meetings and events
