About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Growth Marketer who can own and drive the organization’s growth agenda across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
The ideal candidate will combine marketing strategy, performance marketing, analytics, experimentation, customer insights, and business understanding to build scalable growth engines. This role requires someone who can move beyond campaign execution and take ownership of measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with overall business and revenue objectives.
• Identify current growth opportunities across customer segments, channels, products, geographies, and partnerships.
• Build quarterly and annual growth plans with clear targets, milestones, budgets, and expected outcomes.




• Develop and continuously optimize the complete customer acquisition and conversion funnel.
• Work closely with leadership to translate business objectives into measurable growth initiatives.
Customer Acquisition
• Own and scale customer acquisition across paid, organic, social, referral, partnership, community, and other relevant channels.
• Develop channel-specific strategies to improve customer acquisition efficiency and scalability.
• Identify high-performing acquisition channels and create strategies for expansion.
• Optimize CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall acquisition economics.
• Work with the Performance Marketing team to improve campaign performance and scalability.
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
• Analyze the entire customer journey from awareness to acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Identify funnel drop-offs and develop strategies to improve conversion at every stage.
• Work with product, sales, content, design
