Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive, effective people experience across the organization.



Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, screening applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and helping with onboarding and orientation processes. The intern will help implement HR policies, support the administration of employee benefits, and assist in organizing training sessions, engagement initiatives, and performance-related documentation. This role will also involve preparing HR reports, updating HR databases, and coordinating with different teams to ensure accurate personnel management. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Midgrow’s office in Indore.
Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices, with an interest in building a career in HR.
