Role Description The Technical Project Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Gwalior. This role involves coordinating project activities,



tracking timelines, and ensuring technical requirements are understood and implemented by cross-functional teams. The Technical Project Coordinator will assist in gathering and documenting requirements, preparing project plans, and maintaining status reports while supporting communication between engineering, design, and business stakeholders. Typical responsibilities include organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, monitoring risks and issues, and following up on action items to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The role also involves collaborating closely with technical teams to clarify task priorities, support resource allocation, and help drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
