Trecasa Interiors is hiring a Sales & Conversion Manager to manage the complete sales team—from first customer contact through meetings, quotations, negotiations, deposits and signed contracts.

The person will manage callers and closers, maintain CRM discipline, improve conversion rates and ensure that every active opportunity has a transparent next action.

*Responsibilities*
- Manage and guide the calling and closing teams.
- Conduct short daily sales meetings and weekly performance reviews.
- Ensure new contact batches are imported, checked for duplicates and assigned quickly.
- Monitor calls, qualification quality, follow-ups and meeting bookings.
- Verify that meetings are genuinely qualified before assigning them to closers.
- Ensure customers are contacted and followed up on time.
- Track every lead through meetings, quotations, negotiation and closure.
- Ensure quotations are prepared within two days of the initial meeting.




- Coordinate with the design team for scope and costing verification.
- Obtain founding-partner approval before final pricing or discounts.
- Track deposits, signed quotations, design handovers and execution contracts.
- Analyse lost reasons, including price, competition and delayed decisions.
- Maintain a reliable 30-day sales forecast.
- Ensure all important information is recorded in the CRM rather than remaining only on WhatsApp.
- Coach underperforming employees and recommend corrective actions.
- Share daily exception reports and weekly performance reports with the founders.

*Key performance indicators*
- Progress toward 5–6 signed contracts per month.
- Approximately ₹12 lakh average contract value.
- Approximately ₹72 lakh monthly signed value target.
- Overall lead-to-contract conversion target of approximately 1%.
- Lead-contact and follow-up compliance.
- Qualified-meeting attendance rate.
- Meeting-to-quotation and quota
