We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Platform Lead to own and optimize the HubSpot ecosystem, with deep expertise across HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub. The role is responsible for platform administration, workflow automation, data governance, reporting, third-party integrations, and driving best practices across Sales and Marketing operations.

Responsibilities
Own and administer HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
Own how Marketing Hub connects to Sales/CRM - lifecycle stages, lead handoff, campaign taxonomy and UTM governance, and tying campaign/source data to deal and revenue reporting.
Configure and optimize workflows, automation, and lifecycle processes.
Manage CRM data quality, deduplication, segmentation, and governance; clean up legacy Salesforce-era fields as Salesforce is retired.
Own third-party integrations and app-marketplace connections (e.g., ZoomInfo, MediaRadar) - installs, field mappings, sync health, and API connections.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting.
Enable HubSpot native AI (Breeze), including the Prospecting Agent, for SDRs and Sales.




Support the VP of Sales Enablement as the HubSpot expert, translating process requirements into builds; drive adoption and activity-logging discipline.
Run 1:1 sessions with new sales reps to help them create their own views and rules and adopt HubSpot effectively.

Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
Strong expertise across HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, with transparent understanding of how the two connect.
Experience with workflow automation, email marketing, segmentation, forms, landing pages, and reporting.
Deep understanding of CRM data management, deduplication, and governance.
Experience owning third-party integrations - field mapping, sync health, and API connections.
Ability to translate requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
