Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telecaller role based in Mumbai. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to engage prospective and existing clients, share information about Propshop’s exhibition services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.



Daily responsibilities include making follow-up calls, maintaining call records in CRM or spreadsheets, and coordinating with sales and marketing colleagues on campaign-specific calling activities. The role also involves answering basic queries, scheduling appointments or demos, and supporting pre-event and post-event communication with clients. The Telecaller is expected to meet call and conversion targets while delivering professional, brand-aligned communication at all times.
