Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Development Executive to drive franchise expansion for Bachpan Play School. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, generating leads, conducting meetings, and supporting the complete franchise acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential franchise leads through various channels.
Connect with prospective franchise partners and understand their requirements.
Explain the franchise business model, investment details, benefits, and processes.




Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchisees.
Follow up with leads and convert them into franchise partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, site evaluation, and onboarding.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective franchise partners.
Conduct market research to identify potential locations for franchise expansion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Travel to different locations as required for meetings and business development.
Required Skills
