Job Title: Branch or Store Manager – Furniture & Building Materials

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in the Furniture, Building Materials, Interior Products, Luxury Surfaces, or related industry.

The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through B2C sales, project sales, channel development, and relationship management with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Dealers, and other key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent networking skills, commercial understanding, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Generate new business opportunities across furniture, building materials, surfaces, interiors, and related product categories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers.




Identify and develop new project opportunities and convert leads into successful business.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and product presentation to negotiation, order closure, and payment follow-up.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers, projects, business opportunities, and market trends.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality projects.
Work closely with architects and designers to get products specified in upcoming projects.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and project-specific offers.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining company margins and profitability.
Coordinate with internal teams including Design, Projects, Operations, Accounts, Warehouse, and Management for smooth execution of orders.
Track sales performance, enquiries, quotations, conversions, pending orders, collections, and project status.
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding pay
