Job Role: Inside Sales Executive

Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (In-office)

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify prospective hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, and healthcare providers through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking.
Sales Pitching: Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored presentations of Apollo Radiology International’s teleradiology and diagnostic services to decision-makers.
Pipeline Management: Track and maintain daily sales activities, leads, and conversions accurately in the CRM system.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle commercial discussions, address client queries, negotiate terms, and close contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Market Intelligence: Gather and maintain updated data on medical conferences, CMEs, and industry events; conduct research on healthcare trends and competitor activities in assigned markets.
Relationship Management:



Ensure consistent follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams for smooth proposal preparation, onboarding, and client success.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Mandatory management qualification – BBA / MBA.
Experience: Proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales, preferably in healthcare (freshers can also apply).
Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in Hindi and English, along with one local language.
Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, negotiation, and closing abilities; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

Other: Good knowledge of local markets and healthcare ecosystems; self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
