Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream has been one of South India's most loved artisanal ice cream brands since 2011. We operate across Chennai and Bangalore, with an active expansion underway.
As we scale, we need a sharp, grounded operations leader who can hold our stores to a high standard—and build the systems that make that standard self-sustaining.
The Role
As Multi-Store Manager, you will have end-to-end accountability for a cluster of Amadora stores.
This is not a desk job. You'll be on the floor, in the numbers, and in the conversation—every day.
What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Operations & Standards
Own daily operations across your cluster of stores, including opening and closing compliance, staffing, service flow, and cleanliness.
Conduct structured store visits with written observations, action points, and follow-through.




Ensure product quality and presentation standards remain consistent across every outlet.
Identify and resolve operational breakdowns before they become recurring issues.
Ensure all stores consistently follow company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
2. People & Performance
Hire, onboard, coach, and, where necessary, manage the exit of store-level employees in coordination with HR.
Build a culture of accountability where Shift Leads and Store Managers take ownership of their stores rather than depending on the Multi-Store Manager for day-to-day decisions.
Conduct regular performance reviews and create development plans for high-potential team members.
Identify training gaps and work with the relevant teams to address them.
Drive employee engagement and reduce attrition by building robust, motivated teams.
