About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer to help scale customer acquisition and revenue across Meta, Google and emerging digital channels.
This role goes beyond launching campaigns. You will combine creative strategy, audience signals, conversion tracking, campaign structure and continuous experimentation to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta prospecting, retargeting and catalogue campaigns.
• Manage Google Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Work with product feeds, Google Merchant Center and product-level performance.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPA, MER, CTR, CPC, CVR and AOV.
• Analyse performance by campaign, audience, creative, product and landing page.
• Work with Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4,



GTM and UTM tracking.
• Identify tracking issues and conversion-reporting discrepancies.
• Build structured creative-testing frameworks.
• Translate performance insights into actionable creative briefs.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining commercial efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
• Hands-on performance-marketing experience.
• Practical experience with both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of e-commerce acquisition funnels.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4 and GTM.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to explain why performance changed and what action was taken.
• Fashion, apparel, lifestyle or D2C experience is preferred.
