Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Bengaluru.



The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of commercial or mixed-use properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, and occupancy management. The role involves coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing service providers, and ensuring that building systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently met. The Property Manager will monitor budgets and operating costs, prepare regular financial and operational reports, and support capital improvement plans to maintain and enhance asset value. This position will also collaborate closely with internal CBRE teams and clients to deliver high-quality service, resolve issues promptly, and support long-term portfolio performance.
